Our holiday apartments in Tarifa are located in a quiet area, just:

• 5 minutes walking from the historic old town
• 10 minutes from Playa Chica and Los Lances Beach
• Very close to supermarket (Lidl) and petrol station

Apartments in Facinas

The accommodation in Facinas is located in the centre of the village, just 15 minutes by car from Bolonia Beach.

During summer, guests can enjoy access to a swimming pool.

🐕 Are the apartments pet friendly?

Yes, our apartments in Tarifa are dog friendly.

• Maximum 1 pet per apartment
• Supplement: €15 per night
• It must be requested in advance, please inform us about breed and size when booking

Only small and medium-sized dogs are accepted. Large dogs are not allowed, as the size of the apartment is not healthy for them. We strongly recommend that you bring your dog's own bed from home, so that your pet has its own space and feels comfortable. 

The area is quiet and there are no neighbour issues.

👨‍👩‍👧 Are children allowed in the apartments?

Yes, children are welcome.

• Children under 5 years old: FREE (if they do not use an extra bed)
• Between 6 and 10 years old: -50% of the adult fee.
• Over 10 years old: Adult fee.
• Baby cot and folding bed: €10 per night (subject to availability)
• We provide children’s plates, toys and high chair (subject to availability)

🚗 Is there parking near the apartments in Tarifa?

Yes.

• Free street parking directly in front of the apartments (no time limit)
• In summer, private paid parking available 50 metres away (24h security)

📲 Is the WiFi good for remote work?

Yes. All apartments include:

• 300 MB symmetrical fibre optic internet
• Perfect for streaming, video calls and remote work
• Unlimited data

The password is provided at check-in.

❄️ Do the apartments have air conditioning?

Yes.

• Powerful hot and cold air conditioning units in living room and bedroom
• Available all year round
• Additional ceiling fan during summer

🧼 What is included in the cleaning service?

Your stay includes:

• Bed linen and towels
• Basic cleaning products (multi-purpose cleaner and floor cleaner)

Everything is included in the price of your stay.

⏰ What are the check-in and check-out times?

• Check-in: 15:00 to 23:00 (we coordinate via WhatsApp)
• Check-out: until 11:00

Early check-in and late check-out available upon request and subject to availability.

📋 Important rules (security and legality)

To guarantee the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with current regulations, we remind you that the accommodation is exclusively for the number of guests indicated in the reservation. If you need to modify the capacity, please let us know in advance so we can authorize it and, if possible, adjust the conditions of the stay. Failure to comply with this condition is considered serious and could lead to the immediate cancellation of your reservation without the right to a refund.

📹 Video surveillance

For your peace of mind and ours, the entrance to the property has a video surveillance system in the common areas (entrance and access points), properly signposted and registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. This system has the sole purpose of protecting people and property, and the images are kept only for as long as strictly necessary.

💳 How do I pay for my reservation?

• Bank transfer
• Bizum
• If the reservation is made more than two months in advance, a 20% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
• If the reservation is made less than two months in advance, the full amount is due upon booking.
• No refund in case of cancellation.
